- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits
For the Filling:
- 8 oz deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 4 slices provolone cheese (cut in halves)
For the Topping:
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
For the Au Jus:
- 1 packet (1 oz) au jus gravy mix
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Biscuits: Separate and flatten biscuits. Layer with roast beef and provolone. Fold over and seal edges.
- Bake Biscuits: Place filled biscuits on a baking sheet. Brush with butter, sprinkle garlic powder and parsley. Bake for 13-16 minutes.
- Make Au Jus: Whisk gravy mix with water in a saucepan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve: Serve warm biscuits with au jus for dipping.
