- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: Roll out one puff pastry sheet into a 10-inch circle on a floured surface and place it on the baking sheet.
- Add the filling: Sprinkle blue cheese, walnuts, and thyme over the pastry, leaving a border. Top with the second pastry sheet.
- Cut and twist: Use a bowl as a guide, cut the pastry into strips, twist each strip, then remove the bowl.
