Description

This Cheesy Taco Salsa Spaghetti Bake is a flavorful Tex-Mex inspired pasta casserole that combines the zesty flavors of salsa and taco seasoning with gooey melted cheese for a comforting family meal.

  • 12 oz spaghetti

Beef Mixture:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup salsa (mild or medium)
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Cheese:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Additional:

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
