Instructions
- Sugar Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients to form dough. Chill.
- Cinnamon Filling: Roll out dough, brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into logs. Chill, slice, and bake.
