- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, honey, and dried ground ginger. Mix well until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate to let the flavors meld while preparing the coleslaw.
- Assemble the coleslaw: In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and green onions. Pour the chilled dressing over the mixture and toss thoroughly to evenly coat all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
