Oat Milk Latte:
- 1 cup oat milk (barista blend preferred)
Honey Vanilla Mix:
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare Honey Vanilla Mix: In a glass, stir together the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Blend Ingredients: Add the cooled espresso or coffee and mix to blend the flavors.
- Assemble Latte: Fill the glass with ice, then pour the oat milk over the top. Stir gently and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the honey to taste based on your sweetness preference.
- For a frothy finish, shake the oat milk with the honey and vanilla in a jar before pouring over coffee and ice.
- Can also be made hot by heating the oat milk before adding it to the espresso.
