Refreshing and naturally sweet elderberry popsicles made with elderberry syrup, grape juice, orange juice, and a touch of raw honey. Perfect for a healthy, fruity treat on a hot day.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Elderberry Syrup
  • 2 cups Grape Juice
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: Add all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir well to combine the elderberry syrup, grape juice, orange juice, and raw honey evenly.
  2. Freeze Partially: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes to partially set the liquid.
  3. Add Sticks and Freeze Completely: Insert wooden popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for an additional 5 hours until fully frozen.
  4. Remove Popsicles: Once frozen solid, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 30 seconds to loosen the popsicles, then gently remove them from the molds.
  5. Serve: Enjoy your delicious, naturally sweet elderberry popsicles immediately or keep frozen until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less raw honey according to preference.
  • Use fresh or homemade elderberry syrup for the best flavor and health benefits.
  • Be sure to freeze the popsicles fully to avoid melting when served.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, small paper cups and wooden sticks can be used as a substitute.
  • Running warm water on the molds for a short time helps release the popsicles easily without breaking.
