- ½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- ¼ cup honey (or sugar)
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 1 ¾ cups milk (regular or oat milk)
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
Instructions

- Add the wet ingredients: To the dry mixture, add honey, whisked eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the pancakes fluffy.
- Heat the skillet: Place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and allow it to melt completely to coat the surface evenly.

- Keep pancakes warm: Transfer cooked pancakes to a baking sheet and keep them warm in a 170°F oven while cooking the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
- Serve: Serve warm pancakes topped with additional butter, pure maple syrup, and fresh fruit if desired. Enjoy your fluffy gluten-free pancakes!
