Smoked Polish Sausage:

Instructions
- Cook Sausage: In a skillet, cook sausage rounds until browned. Set aside.
- Cook Potatoes: Cook diced potatoes until golden and tender. Add onions and cook until soft.
- Combine Ingredients: Return sausage to skillet, add seasonings, and cook until heated through.
