Instructions

- Make Streusel Topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Enjoy: Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
