Description

Gyeran Bap, also known as Korean Egg Rice, is a simple yet flavorful dish that combines hot cooked rice with a fried egg, sesame oil, soy sauce, and seasonings. Topped with sesame seeds and green onions, it’s a popular Korean comfort food perfect for breakfast or a light dinner.

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked short-grain white rice (hot)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • toasted sesame seeds
  • chopped green onions (optional)
  • roasted seaweed (optional for serving)

Instructions
