- 3 cups apples, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
- 2 cups oranges, peeled and sliced
Spices and Liquids
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: Place all the fruits, ground ginger, turmeric, and cold water into a food processor. Process for 2 minutes until the mixture is completely pulverized into a smooth consistency.
- Prepare the Straining Station: Line a mesh strainer with cheesecloth and position it over a large bowl to catch the juice while straining.
- Strain the Juice: Pour the blended mixture into the cheesecloth-lined strainer. Allow it to strain for about 10 minutes, stirring the pulp periodically to help juice flow through and separate the solids.
- Discard the Pulp: Once all the juice has strained through, discard the remaining pulp in the cheesecloth. For an even smoother juice with less pulp, you can strain the juice once more.
- Store the Juice: Pour the strained juice into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy chilled for the best taste and freshness.

- For enhanced flavor, use ripe, fresh fruits or frozen ones if fresh are not available.
- You can adjust the amount of water to control the consistency of the juice.
