Description

A refreshing and nutrient-packed Immunity Booster Drink that combines a vibrant mix of fresh fruits and anti-inflammatory spices. This drink is designed to support your immune system with the natural goodness of pineapple, mango, apple, cherries, oranges, ginger, and turmeric, served chilled for a revitalizing health boost.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits

  • 3 cups pineapple, sliced
  • 3 cups mangos, sliced
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted
  • 2 cups oranges, peeled and sliced

Spices and Liquids

  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Place all the fruits, ground ginger, turmeric, and cold water into a food processor. Process for 2 minutes until the mixture is completely pulverized into a smooth consistency.
  2. Prepare the Straining Station: Line a mesh strainer with cheesecloth and position it over a large bowl to catch the juice while straining.
  3. Strain the Juice: Pour the blended mixture into the cheesecloth-lined strainer. Allow it to strain for about 10 minutes, stirring the pulp periodically to help juice flow through and separate the solids.
  4. Discard the Pulp: Once all the juice has strained through, discard the remaining pulp in the cheesecloth. For an even smoother juice with less pulp, you can strain the juice once more.
  5. Store the Juice: Pour the strained juice into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy chilled for the best taste and freshness.

Notes

  • For enhanced flavor, use ripe, fresh fruits or frozen ones if fresh are not available.
  • You can adjust the amount of water to control the consistency of the juice.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice if desired for extra zest and vitamin C.
  • This juice is best consumed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
  • Straining removes fiber but if you prefer more pulp and fiber, reduce or skip the straining step.
