- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz) block Velveeta cheese (cubed)

Instructions
- Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
- Melt the Cheese: Reduce heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese and the entire can of Rotel (including liquid). Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Add garlic powder if desired.
- Serve: Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions or jalapeños, alongside tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
