- 32 frozen tater tots (baked and crispy)
- 8 slices cheddar or American cheese (cut into quarters)
- 16 mini burger buns or slider rolls
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Sliced pickles, lettuce, tomato slices, and diced onions for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots until golden and crispy.
- Prepare beef patties: Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into 16 small patties and cook in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Add cheese: Top each patty with a piece of cheese to melt.
- Make burger sauce: Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl.
- Assemble: Spread sauce on buns, add lettuce, a patty, tomato, onion, tater tots, pickles, and the top bun.
- Serve warm.
