Instructions

- Prepare the Cookie Dough: Cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars. Mix in the egg, then add flour and baking powder. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Assemble the Cookies: Form cookie dough balls with mochi centers, then place on the baking sheet.
