Instructions

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using) until evenly combined.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined to avoid overmixing. If the batter feels too thick, incorporate the peach juice or milk to achieve a smoother consistency.
