- ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal of the slice later.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the crushed digestive biscuits, finely chopped walnuts, cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, and salt until evenly combined.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and mix well until the mixture is sticky and fully combined.
- Press Mixture: Firmly and evenly press the sticky mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it flat to create an even layer.
- Add Topping: Pour the melted dark chocolate chips over the pressed mixture and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the extra chopped walnuts on top as garnish.
