Instructions

  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Bake: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
