- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté ingredients: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño. Add shrimp, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are just cooked through. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
- Prepare pastry: Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares. Spoon shrimp mixture onto one half of each square, add cheese, then fold over to form a triangle. Seal edges.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
