  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 60ml white rum
  • 120ml soda water
  • Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Muddle Mint and Lime: Place the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush them together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  2. Add Remaining Lime and Sugar: Add the remaining lime wedges and sugar, then muddle again to thoroughly combine the flavors.
  3. Fill with Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill and dilute the drink slightly.
  4. Add Rum and Soda Water: Pour the white rum over the ice, then top off with soda water for fizz and lightness.
